Once your property has been valued, you can then decide if you want to sell, safe in the knowledge that ABC believe in Fee Transparency, so you will know all costs that are involved.

A Simple, yet Comprehensive Approach

Once you have decided to place your property on the market, we can arrange any necessary certificates or other legal requirements to be made, if required.

We can advise you on the best way to maximise the impact and presentation of your property and then take professional marketing photographs using the latest DSLR cameras.

We will then design a bespoke, full colour brochure for your property and a marketing strategy to suit your needs. You will have full control over this process and you can decide how your property is presented to the public in print, online or in person.

At your discretion, we can erect one of our unique and widely recognised sale boards. The attractive red, white and black boards have been used since the 70's - while modernised throughout the years, they form part of the instantly recognisable ABC brand.

In conjunction with yourself, we will arrange escorted viewings around your property, keep you informed of any contacts that we receive and advise you as to any recommended changes to the marketing of your property.
